Salesforce on Monday introduced the SMB Growth Kit in India, a bundled package that pairs its AI-powered Agentforce Sales platform with Slack and Tableau. The offering aims to accelerate artificial intelligence adoption among small and medium businesses in the country.

The kit is designed to help Indian SMBs consolidate their software stack. By combining customer relationship management, workplace collaboration, and business analytics, the solution offers one place to manage operations rather than several disconnected tools.

Deployment happens quickly. Salesforce said the package can be set up in four to six weeks through its network of reseller partners in India. This speed is critical as enterprise software vendors increasingly target India’s SMB segment, which has emerged as a key growth market for AI-enabled business applications.

Large enterprises in India have been scaling generative AI deployments for some time. Many smaller businesses, however, still rely on spreadsheets and separate applications for sales, operations, and customer management. The kit attempts to bridge that gap by offering a pre-integrated suite that replaces fragmented business applications with a single platform.

According to the company, Agentforce Sales automates lead assignment, manages sales pipelines, and generates forecasts. It also provides AI-driven opportunity recommendations and mobile access, all without requiring businesses to hire dedicated data science staff. The platform includes workflow automation capabilities to further improve sales productivity by streamlining routine tasks.

Slack handles the collaboration layer, letting teams in sales, support, HR, IT, and operations communicate and manage workflows from one interface. This integration ensures that team conversations and business insights remain connected rather than remaining fragmented. Tableau provides real-time dashboards for tracking sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue trends, allowing for data-driven decision-making.

Salesforce says the kit provides a structured onboarding process and implementation support. It will be available exclusively through select reseller partners in India. The company noted that the offering includes post-deployment services to ensure businesses can effectively leverage the integrated platform.

Mankiran Chowhan, managing director of Salesforce India, noted that many Indian SMBs are investing in AI but struggle because customer data, team conversations, and business insights remain fragmented. He said the kit creates a connected system where sales activity, conversations, and insights work together.

“SMB Growth Kit gives growing businesses one connected system where sales activity, team conversations and live insights work together, helping teams act with more confidence, fewer blind spots and less guesswork,” Chowhan said.

Swaroop Kaja, regional vice president, sales, Salesforce India, added that the integrated platform lets businesses manage sales, collaboration, and analytics from a unified system. This setup creates a data foundation for future AI adoption, allowing smaller organizations to build upon the infrastructure provided by the kit.

The launch aligns with Salesforce’s broader Agentforce strategy. The company has been embedding AI agents across its CRM portfolio as enterprises seek autonomous tools for sales, service, and workflows with minimal human intervention. This approach reflects a growing industry trend toward embedding AI agents across the CRM portfolio as enterprises increasingly seek autonomous AI tools capable of handling sales, customer service and business workflows with minimal human intervention.
